DeMarco's Fitness Challenge combines boxing & fitness, giving you an ultimate workout like no other! This 6 week, 3 days a week (60 min. classes) will push your body like it's never been pushed before. Boxing, strength and cardio all packed into one workout session. This workout includes bag work, jump roping, floor & weight strengthening, and individual mitt-work with a personal trainer. No class is alike; challenging your body and mind.
